The Senate will convene at 10:00am today and will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 2248, the FISA bill, with the time until 12:00 p.m., equally divided, between the two managers or their designees. At 12:00pm, the Senate will proceed to a Roll Call Vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 2248, the FISA bill. Additional Roll Call Votes are possible during today’s session.
*Reminder - Under an agreement when the Senate considers Executive Calendar #373, John Daniel Tinder, of Indiana, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit, there will be 30 minutes of debate, equally divided, and upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will Vote on his confirmation.
