E-Gov Travel User Groups

The mission of the E-Gov Travel User Groups are to promote common travel processes and open communication between the E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) vendors and federal agencies with the goal of ensuring that the performance and functional capabilities of the ETS solutions meet or exceed customer needs and expectations. This is done by reviewing performance issues and requirements that are surfaced by customers and the ETS vendors, and making recommendations for resolution to the E-Gov Travel Program Management Office (PMO).

User Group Functions:

  • Facilitate communication between ETS vendors, customer agencies and the GSA E-Gov Travel PMO
  • Promote common, efficient business processes to ensure world-class travel programs are defined and implemented
  • Identify, prioritize, and address enhancements, problems and issues for successful resolution
  • Identify, document and publicize best practices in support of customer agencies

Each ETS vendor, CW Government Travel, EDS and Northrop Grumman Mission Systems has a dedicated User Group made up of customer agency and vendor representatives along with E-Gov Travel PMO contracting and technical members.
