The MyArmyBenefits Wounded Warrior Assistance module provides specialized information and tools for the Soldiers of the Wounded Warrior Program and their families.  This module will assist them in understanding the current situation and in planning for the future.  Information is provided on subjects such as changes in income and special compensation, and special interactive tools assist in giving an estimation of disability ratings and more.

Fact sheets on Wounded Warrior-specific benefits and entitlements are available to all Soldiers and family members.

The Wounded Warrior Sustaining Income calculator enables the Soldier and their family to better understand and better prepare for the changes that will occur in the Soldier's monthly income immediately following severe injury requiring hospitalization expected to exceed 6 months. The calculator will provide an estimated monthly income stream tracking changes based on each Soldier's unique situation including injury date, rank, time in service, duty station, special pays, and family status.

The Wounded Warrior Sustaining Income calculator is available to all Soldiers and family members.

Note: The Wounded Warrior Sustaining Income Calculator is currently in beta testing.

Personalized information is available to those qualified by the Army as Wounded Warrior Soldiers.  Wounded Warrior Soldiers have access to the MyArmyBenefits Wounded Warrior Disability Income Calculator that estimates the disability-related income due to combat and combat-related injuries.  A more detailed report assisting Soldiers with their "stay on active duty vs. medically retire" decision can also be ordered through a Soldier's Family Management Specialist (SFMS) as part of the Wounded Warrior Program.

In order to access your personalized information, you must have a valid Wounded Warrior-provided passcode as well as an active AKO account.  Please contact your SFMS or MyArmyBenefits Help for assistance in obtaining your passcode.

Soldiers whose military futures are being considered by a Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) or a Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) can now track the process and ensure information accuracy through the MyMEB/PEB page on Army Knowledge Online (AKO).

You can verify dates of physical exams and consults, or see when reports and appeals have been initiated or approved.  The site also includes links to information explaining the MEB/PEB process and terminology.
