What’s New for 2004

Energy Performance Rating System Expanded For New Space Types

ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager now enables six new space types to baseline, track, and benchmark energy performance. In addition to General Administrative Office Buildings, Supermarkets, Hospitals, Hotels, and K-12 Schools, ENERGY STAR’s energy performance rating system has been expanded to enable benchmarking of:

  • Residence Halls & Dormitories
  • Financial Centers
  • Bank Branches
  • Court Houses
  • Warehouses
  • Medical Office Buildings

Rate the energy performance of your residence halls on a scale of 1-100, and see how they compare against themselves and similar buildings across the country
