Page 12, right column, 3rd line, insert the word "cancer." Sentence should read as follows: Because of this
accelerated decline, California has the potential to be the first state in which lung cancer is no longer the
leading cancer cause of death.
Page 13, left column, 2nd full paragraph, end of 4th sentence (line 16), added "as well as Tribal Support
Centers and National Networks of specific populations."
Page 15, right column, end of first paragraph, footnote changed to read "12-14."
Page 22, left column, last line of first paragraph, insert the word "control" after "tobacco."
Page 24, right column, 6th bullet, replaced "disparate populations" with "tobacco-related disparities."
