What is the National Science Bowl for Middle School Students? There
are two competitions at the National Middle School Science Bowl
- an academic
math and science competition and a model hydrogren fuel cell car challenge. The
academic competition is a fast-paced question-and-answer contest where
students answer questions about earth science, physical science, life
science, math, and general science. The model hydrogen fuel cell car
challenge tests the students ability to design, build, In 2007, more than 2,500 students participated in thirty regional competitions throughout the nation. The national event will be held on April 30 – May 5, 2009. Click here to find a regional competition near you!
