Fort Collins VA Clinic is moving to a new location during the week of January 26 - 30, 2009. The new location of the Fort Collins VA Clinic will be 2509 Research Blvd., just north of West Drake Road.

There will be no appointments scheduled during the week of January 26-30, 2009 in order for the move to take place. Normally scheduled appointments will resume on Monday, February 2, 2009. The Fort Collins VA Clinic can be contacted at (970) 224-1550.
