PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the United States has filed its Certificate of Compliance with the Antitrust Procedures and Penalties Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 16(b)-(h) ("Tunney Act"). Following publication in the Federal Register of the public comments and the government's responses, the United States will move the Court for entry of the pending Final Judgment.
