Transfer of Collective Bargaining Agreements File to Employment Standards Administration

As a result of Secretary's Order 4–2007, issued in May 2007, the authority for maintaining the Department of Labor's collective bargaining agreements file has been transferred to the Employment Standards Administration (ESA). The Bureau of Labor Statistics had been responsible for maintaining this file since 1947.
