  1. The smallest and innermost oval is labeled NCI. This oval represents the impact of the Cancer Health Disparities Progress Review on the future work and activities of NCI.
  2. The next oval is labeled NIH and represents the influence of the Cancer Health Disparities Progress Review on the future activities of NIH.
  3. The next oval is labeled HHS. Within this oval are the names of the HHS agencies (CDC, IHS, AHRQ, CMS, ACF, AoA, OMH, HRSA, SAMHSA, and OWH) that will be subsequently impacted from the outcomes of the Cancer Health Disparities Progress Review.
  4. The outermost oval is labeled as "The Nation". The oval contains the names of specific groups in the Nation that will be impacted from the outcomes of the Cancer Health Disparities Progress Review. The following groups are listed:
    1. underserved populations,

    2. advocates,

    3. clinics,

    4. states,

    5. communities,

    6. hospitals,

    7. patients, and

    8. high-risk populations.
