15,300 acres – 70% contained; Expect full containment on Tuesday, July 15th.

New Status:  Six helitack crew members, with the assistance of helicopter water drops took care of a smoking snag at the head of Tunawee Canyon.  The rest of the fire has remained quiet with only one smoke, located well within the interior, reported by firefighters.
