Resolved, That the House agree to the amendments of the Senate to the bill (H.R. 4040) entitled `An Act to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for the establishment of a program under which long-term care insurance is made available to Federal employees, members of the uniformed services, and civilian and military retirees, and for other purposes', with the following

AMENDMENTS:

1. Page 2, line 7, strike [Struck out->] [ and ] [<-Struck out] .
2. Page 2, line 9, strike the comma and insert: ;
3. Page 2, after line 9, insert the following:

5. Page 42, line 1, after `limit' insert: under title 5, United States Code,
