The Cascadal Fire started Thursday evening and is burning in the Sierra National Forest near North Fork. |
Tehipite Fire (Kings Canyon National Park)

The Tehipite Fire has crossed the boundary of Kings Canyon National Park and now is burning in the Sierra National Forest. The fire is burning in the John Muir Wilderness. Smoke from the fire is drifting in to the Shaver Lake area and down the Kings River Drainage into the San Joaquin Valley. Several trails in John Muir Wilderness are closed. |
