The federal judiciary intends to procure treatment services for Federal defendants and offenders using Blanket Purchase Agreements. Solicitations for Blanket Purchase Agreements may be issued for Districts in all the United States and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, District of Guam, and the commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Required services may include urine collection, counseling, physical examinations, outpatient and inpatient detoxification, medication, short and long term residential placement, transportation and therapy. Interested vendors must respond on time and clearly show that (1) they can provide services, (2) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such treatment, and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low as or lower than those charged the vendors most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. Interested treatment providers must contact the Chief Probation or Pretrial Services Officer in their respective district within 30 days from the date of this announcement.
