Laurelwood Arboretum Festival - September 27

 

FOLA Plant Sale & Festival

Chrysanthemums, bursting with color until the first frost, are a favorite of fall. On Saturday, September 27, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Friends of Laurelwood Arboretum (FOLA) will host its annual fall plant sale and mum festival on the grounds of the Arboretum at 725 Pines Lake Drive West in Wayne (parking lot off Vale Road). Rain date is Sunday, September 28.

Certificate of Continued Occupancy Ordinance Adopted

 

The Township Council has adopted Ordinance 32 of 2008 which requires a Certificate of Continued Occupancy Inspection on the resale of all residential premises in the Township.  The inspection of the residential premises shall include a determination that the residential premises conforms in all respects to the Zoning and Property Maintenance Ordinances of the Township.  Multiple family dwellings are excluded from the provisions of this ordinance.
