We own and operate a 405-mile interstate pipeline that runs from the Monroe gas field in northern Louisiana, southward through Mississippi to Baton Rouge, La. Average daily volumes on the Midla System in 2006 were 109,000 MMBtu/d. The system serves a number of large industrial markets and municipal customers.
