Effective November 19, 2008, FGT customers should go to www.panhandleenergy.com to access Customer Activities and Informational Postings.

Effective November 19, 2008, Transwestern Pipeline will transfer our HotTap application web site to our new address. The current URL site, www.hottap.panhandleenergy.com will no longer be a valid web address for Transwestern. Please bookmark this new address: https://twtransfer.energytransfer.com .

Along with this change, all current customers who have an existing HotTap ID and password for Transwestern will be converted over to the new security profile system for Transwestern. To activate your new user ID and password, you must login to the Customer Activity website for Transwestern at https://twtransfer.energytransfer.com and reset your current password. When you log into the system for the first time, the security screen will appear and ask you to enter your Domain\user name. This will be your new user ID which is your initial to your first name and your full last name, all lower case. Your password will default to Welcome1. Once you enter your new user ID and password, the system will prompt you to change your password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and have at least 1 numeric field and at least 1 lower case and 1 upper case field. The new password cannot be any part of your user ID or name.

For EDI trading partners, Transwestern Pipeline Company, LLC will change production EDI URLs. The new URLs will be the following:

     http://edm.tw.ec-power.net:443/naesbedm/pipeupload (1.6 and 1.7 with SSL)
