CAMS Phase III Final Training Strategy 8 Training Evaluation ApproachTraining evaluation is the process of connecting results to objectives from a training program. Evaluation ascertains the training quality and must be conducted throughout the training program in order to assess trainees’ readiness for moving forward in the training program. The CAMS Phase III Training Evaluation Approach includes five evaluation points designed to assess trainees’ knowledge comprehension and retention. The evaluation results will be analyzed to determine if adjustments need to be made in the training approach and/or materials in order to maximize the learning environment for trainees.
