Pinedale Ranger District

Campgrounds- Sites are on a first come, first serve basis except for Fremont Lake, which can be reserved at 1-877-444-6777 and all of the Group sites, which can be reserved by calling 307-367-4326.

The Green River Lake campground is open June 15 - September 10 annually. The road to access the sites is a 22-mile long gravel road. Hunting, fishing, boating and swimming is allowed. Horse corrals are available. A group site for 50 people is also available. Drinking water is available. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

Whiskey Grove campground is open June 15 - September 10 annually. There is a stream nearby and hunting and fishing is allowed. Drinking water is available. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

The Narrows campground is open June 1 - September 10 annually. There is a lake nearby. Hunting, fishing, boating, and swimming are allowed. Horse corrals are available. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

The New Fork Lake campground is open June 1 - September 10 annually. There is hunting, fishing boating and swimming available. A group site for 150 people is also available. Drinking water is available. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

Willow Lake campground is open June 1 - October 1 annually. Hunting, fishing, boating, and swimming is available. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

Upper Fremont Lake campground is open June 1 - September 10 annually. Hunting, fishing, boating and swimming are allowed. The campground is accessible by boat or trail. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

Trails End campground is open June 25 - September 10 annually. Hunting is allowed and horse corrals are available. Access to the campground is paved. Drinking water is available. Contact Pinedale District for the fee.

Fremont Lake campground is open May 25 - September 10 annually. Hunting, fishing, boating and swimming are allowed. Access to the campground is paved. Reservations can be made by calling 1-877-444-677. Drinking water is available. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

Lower Fremont campground is open July 1 - September 10 annually. Hunting, fishing, boating and swimming are all allowed. The sites are dispersed around the lake. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

Sandy Beach Picnic campground is open June 1 - September 15 annually. Hunting, fishing, boating and swimming is available. Access to the lake and campground is paved. Contact the Pinedale Ranger District for the fee.

Half Moon Lake campground is open June 1 - June 10 annually. Hunting, fishing, boating and swimming are all allowed. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

Boulder Lake campground is open June 1 - October 1 annually. Hunting, fishing, boating, swimming and horse corals are available to campers. Contact the Pinedale District for the fee.

Scab Creek campground is open June 1 - October 1 annually. Hunting, fishing and boating are allowed. Horse corals are also available. This is a BLM campground. Contact the BLM at 307-367-5300.

Big Sandy Campground is open June 20 - September 10 annually. Hunting and fishing are allowed. There are horse corrals available at the campground. Access to the sites is via a rather rough dirt road. Contact the Pinedale Office for the fee.
