Description
SAMHSA's National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information (NCADI) is the Nation's one-stop resource for information about substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment policies, programs, and practices.
Print Resources
NCADI distributes posters, pamphlets, fact sheets, resource lists, and directories as well as NIDA monograph, CSAT technical reports, and CSAP monographs and technical assistance publications. NCADI is the sole source of information and materials for the Girl Power! campaign--a national public education program sponsored by HHS to help encourage and empower 9 to 14 year-old girls to make the most of their lives. Materials include a poster featuring Olympic champion Dominique Daws, Girl Power! stickers, a Girl Power! baseball-style cap, and a variety of newsletters and fact sheets. A publications catalog is available at no charge. Serial publication: Prevention Pipeline, bimonthly ($28 annual subscription).
