Phone:631-344-6072 Don ElliottElectronic Materials: NanofabricationDon Elliott is a member of the Nanofabrication team at the Brookhaven National Laboratory Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN). Don has over 30 years experience in semiconductor processing specializing in optical lithography and thin film deposition. He spent 18 years at AIL Systems, in their Central Research Group, working on gallium arsenide and silicon FET and MOS devices. At Brookhaven, Don joined the Instrumentation Division, where he worked on high aspect ratio MEMS devices and silicon detectors. Don attended SUNY Farmingdale and Suffolk Community College while also taking courses in Optical Lithography, Electron Microscopy, and X-Ray analysis. He works with other members of the Nanofabrication team and assists users in various lithography, deposition and etching projects.
