Kumara Mudalige

Thilak Kumara Mudalige is a research associate in the Biological and Soft Nanomaterials theme of the Center for Functional Nanomaterials at Brookhaven National Laboratory. A native of Sri Lanka, he holds a B.S. degree from University of Colombo and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the Western Michigan University. He did his graduate research on bioengineering and biomineralization of bacterial flagella and currently works on DNA scaffolding and its application for precise and oriented organization of inorganic and organic nanomaterials.
