Optical System
Mirror 1: Spherical (collimating) mirror, Rh-coated glass, 3 mrad incident angle.

Monochromator: Double-crystal fixed-exit monochromator with feedback on second crystal.

Mirror 2: Toroidal (focusing) mirror, Rh-coated glass.

Be window: 10 µm thin Be-window.

Experimental Apparatus
He-purged sample-chamber with Fluorescence detector (Canberra PIPS-detector) inside chamber; Closed-cycle cryostat with special chamber to mount PIPS-detector inside vacuum.

Computer System Hardware & Software
Pentium PC, Windows operating system, Labview XDAC-software to operate beamline and to collect data; CAMAC-crate; Computer for data analysis (WinXas, Athena, Artemis, FEFF) available.
