David Elling

After graduation from SUNY Farmingdale Dave came to BNL in 1977. The majority of his career here has been devoted to basic and applied research in the field of polymer coatings and construction materials and the design and construction of devices to apply these materials. He has also worked in the area of environmental, safety and health regulation compliance. At the CFN Dave is engaged in all phases of the support of researchers and guest users.

One of ten national laboratories overseen and primarily funded by the Office of Science of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Brookhaven National Laboratory conducts research in the physical, biomedical, and environmental sciences, as well as in energy technologies and national security.
