Phone:631-344-4203 / 7535 / 7323 John WarrenElectronic Materials: NanofabricationJohn Warren is a member of the nanofabrication team at the Center for Functional Nanomaterials at Brookhaven National Laboratory. He has a B.S. degree from Cornell University and a PhD in materials science from the University of Florida. At the Instrumentation Division at BNL, he has been involved in many detector development efforts using MEMS technology. During the construction of the CFN, he served as facility leader for research efforts requiring electron beam lithography, and was responsible for the design of the CFN clean room and nanopatterning equipment selection. He is an Adjunct Prof. of Materials Science at SUNYSB.
