Greenpeace
International Greenpeace is a global environmental campaigning organization. It organizes public campaigns for the protection of oceans and ancient forests, for the phasing-out of fossil fuels and the promotion of renewable energies in order to stop climate change, for the elimination of toxic chemicals, against the release of genetically modified organisms into nature and for nuclear disarmament and an end to nuclear contamination.

Human Rights Watch
Human Rights Watch (HRW) is dedicated to protecting the human rights of people around the world. Human Rights Watch works to end a broad range of abuses, including summary executions, torture, arbitrary detention, restrictions on the freedom of expression, association, assembly and religion, violations of due process, and discrimination on racial, gender, ethnic and religious grounds. The site features HRW publications such as the World Report, recent Country Reports, and HRW campaigns such as "The campaign to ban landmines," and updated current events. Searching can be done by keyword or concept in English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese.

Minorities at Risk
From the Center for International Development and Conflict Management at the University of Maryland, a variety of information on politically active minority groups under threat, searchable by region. Information includes historical summaries, risk assessments, and links to Internet resources where available.
