Fit to Eat is a free event suitable for all ages that will feature activities on food and fitness. Fit to Eat will happen this Sunday, September 28 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the Westside Community Center located at 1250 Isleta Blvd SW.
The event will be divided into three zones that will emphasize the importance of eating healthy foods, general fitness and a speakers forum. There will be physical activities for all, outdoor games for the children and a walking field trip to the Sanchez Farm Open Space.

says Tony Gallegos, Executive Director of the Economic Development Center.
