Hawaii Air National Guard to Open New Recruiting Office in Kaneohe

WHAT:Grand Opening for new Recruiting Office

 

On Wednesday, May 28th, 2008, recruiters from the Hawaii Air National Guard (HIANG) will open a new storefront location at Windward City Shopping Center in Kaneohe. This location will enable HIANG recruiters to have a community presence on the Windward side of Oahu.   Four recruiters will be working out of the new Kaneohe office.

 

This will be the second storefront location for the HIANG. The first opened three years ago and is located in the Aiea Shopping Center.  

 

The 2,500 Airmen of the Hawaii Air National Guard have state and federal missions. The state mission is to provide highly effective, professional, and organized forces able to respond to natural & human-caused disasters. The federal mission is to provide trained and equipped units capable of rapid deployment in time of war, national emergency, or operational contingencies.
