| Annual Performance Measures Oregon Healthy Worksites objective is to assist Oregon employers create a culture of wellness through sustainable changes to their workplace environment, which includes developing and implementing wellness policies that promote and support healthy behaviors. Workplace policies support such things as opportunities for increased physical activity, increased access to healthy food/decreased access to unhealthful food, and tobacco free worksite campuses. These policies can be effective in changing behaviors of employees and help them manage and reduce their risk for chronic diseases. | |
