Crib Safety
  • As of July 6, 2001, it is illegal in Oregon for anyone to sell a crib at a garage sale, estate sale, or secondhand store that does not meet the safety standards established in HB 3962. For Oregon  Infant Crib Statute, see ORS 646A.500.
