Millennia Lite is a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (MA IDIQ) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing information technology solutions. Services are offered under four Functional Areas, mirroring the information technology life cycle.

Millennia Lite is worldwide in scope with a base contract period of three years and seven available performance-based extension years through 2010. 

• Customers have the option of issuing fixed price, cost reimbursement, or labor hour/time and material task orders.
• To promote high quality contractor performance, contract option periods are based on the Award Term performance incentive plan.
• Program ceiling of $20 billion.
