Contract Information

Any project over $10,000.00 must have a quote from each of the awarded contractors. Vendors may not quote pricing that is higher than their stated pricing below.

* Cost of parts shall be stated in the A.R.H. price directory trade price, percentage shall be applicable to all items. Repair, replacement and new installation of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment for the facilities, energy and security division.

State Wage Rate Decision

When this contract is used as part of a construction project with cummulative charges of $60,000.00 or above, then State of New Mexico Department of Labor Wage Rate Decision will apply. If these conditions apply, contact the City of Albuquerque Purchasing Division (505-768-3333) to obtain the applicable State Wage Rate Decision.

Bonds

When this contract is used as part of construction project with cummulative charges of of $25,000 or above, then a performance bond and a materials & labor bond needs to be provide for 100% of the amount of the project.
