Updating Information

Registration and listing data can be updated electronically throughout the year by using FURLS. Once updated, your information will be available immediately in FURLS for your review. Updates of registration and listing information to FDA’s public website will continue to be made on a monthly basis.

The following table should be used to determine when registration and listing information should be updated.

Data	When Updated
Establishment Name and Address	Annually, and within 30 days of change
Owner/Operator Name and Address	Annually, and within 30 days of change
Official Correspondent Name and Address	Annually and recommend updating within 30 days of any change
Trading Names	Annually and recommend updating within 30 days of any change
United States Agent (see Foreign Establishments)	Within 10 days of change
Owner/Operator	At time of change
Proprietary Name	At time of change
Premarket Submission Number (for non exempt devices)`	Annually and at time of any change
Product code (for exempt devices only)	Annually and at time of any change
