Electronic Registration & Listing System (FURLS)

Please note the following before beginning Electronic Registration and Listing:

If you are an existing medical device facility, please use the account ID and password assigned to your FURLS account by FDA. Do not create a new FURLS account. If you are a new medical device facility and you currently do not have any other facilities registered in FURLS, you will have to create a new user account and password. If you have any questions on whether you already have an established FURLS account, please contact us via email at reglist@cdrh.fda.gov

FDA is aware that various firms may be offering their services to assist domestic and/or foreign facilities to register with FDA. Please note that these firms are not affiliated with FDA, nor has the agency contracted with any firms to register facilities.

The following is a list of issues that have been identified in the system:

• FURLS will require you to change your password every 90 days.
• Please be sure to add the email address device.reg@fda.hhs.gov to your spam filter so our emails to you will not be rejected by your email system.
• If you are required to pay a fee, please be sure to print out your invoice at the time it is presented. There is currently no way to go back and print your invoice later. You will need the invoice number to pay your fee and get credit.
• The FURLS system does not operate correctly on MAC personal computers.
• If you need to list a convenience kit or first aid kit, please contact us for assistance by sending an email to device.reg@fda.hhs.gov.
