Media Note Office of the Spokesman Washington, DC January 8, 2008 Meeting of the Advisory Committee on International Communications and Information PolicyThe Advisory Committee on International Communications and Information Policy (ACICIP) will meet on Thursday, January 24 at 10:00 a.m. in the Loy Henderson Auditorium of the Harry S. Truman Building. The ACICIP serves the U.S. Government in a solely advisory capacity regarding current issues and concerns in international communications and information policy. The public and members of the press may attend this meeting as seating capacity allows.
Ambassador David A. Gross, United States Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy, and ACICIP Chairman Richard E. Wiley will host the meeting. The January 24 meeting will cover: All participants will be required to stay for the duration of the meeting. Admittance to the State Department building will be by means of a pre-arranged clearance list.
