I am writing to show my support for Docket Number 98P-0151/CP1, to
prohibit the slaughter of 'downed animals,' animals injured so badly
that they can not stand or walk. This docket would promote the humane
treatment of livestock, euthanizing downed animals, but more
importantly, avoiding the injuries in the first place.
