I fail to see how your agency can justify denying American citizens the right to know whether they are purchasing genetically engineered foods. How can the free market function if consumers are not given complete information about what they are choosing to buy? Please modify the proposed rules to address the above grave concerns. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments. Sincerely, Kristin E. Morgan-Tracy, Esq. 1122 Central Avenue, S.W.
