I strongly urge you to favorably view this petition. Downed animals endure unacceptable suffering as they are dragged to the slaughter house, some of which can not even stand. In addition, if downed animals also includes sick ones, then the scares of mad-cow disease and foot and mouth disease also make it urgent to stop killing downed animals.
