We are writing to show our support for DOCKET NUMBER 98P-0151/CP1.
The Downed Animal act filed by the Farm Sanctuary, downed animals pose a 
risk to humans, by increasing the risk of bacterial contamination, mad
cow diseases,
etc. These animals also suffer greatly from broken bones, torn tendons,
etc.
