To whom it may concern:
    I am aware that the FDA is now accepting comments regarding the inhumane 
treatment of downed animals.  For this reason, I am writing to demand that 
the FDA prohibit the slaughter of downed animals, (petition docket number:  
98P-0151/CP1).  I agree with the "No Downers" campaign, Farm Sanctuary 
petitioned and encourage the FDA to prohibit the slaughter of downed animals.
