The NICHD Community Connection Newsletter: Advancing the Health of Families in Your Community
Description:
This 12-page newsletter is part of the Back to Sleep campaign, an effort to educate families and caregivers about putting healthy babies on their backs to sleep, to help reduce the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). In 2003, the NICHD and its partners in national African American held three national summits to highlight the problem of SIDS in African American communities.
