National Adult Immunization Awareness Week

National Adult Immunization Awareness Week will be held October 23-29, 1994. This observance will emphasize the importance of appropriately vaccinating adults against influenza, pneumococcal disease, hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus, and diphtheria. National Adult Immunization Awareness Week coincides with the influenza vaccination season and offers opportunities to implement vaccination programs.
