We have been experiencing delays and, in some instances, non-receipt of incoming email messages originating from COMCAST.NET. In an effort to reduce/eliminate the high volume of spam messages which are distributed through COMCAST.NET, all federal agencies, including the FAA, are filtering messages originating from COMCAST.NET.
