*PRIMARY CARE
- Available in Suite A 6th floor (6C) hours Monday - Friday 11:00AM - 4:00PM, (718) 584-9000 ext. 4624/4625. Services include Compensation & Pension exams (morning hours 8am-10am); Preventive Health Screening (breast and pelvic exams, Pap smears, HPV testing, off-site mammography); Treatment of Disease (Diabetes, Cancer, Hypertension, Cholesterol, Colorectal, Coronary Artery Disease). Referrals to specialty care services.

WOMEN'S HEALTH CLINIC - Available in Suite A 6th floor (6C) hours Monday - Thursdays 8:00AM - 3:00PM, Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PM, (718) 584-9000 ext. 4624/4625. Services include breast and pelvic exams, Pap smears, contraception, HPV testing, urinary health, sexually transmitted diseases. Promoting health through education. Referrals to specialty care services.

GYNECOLOGICAL CARE - Available in Suite A 6th floor (6C) hours Thursdays 8:00AM - 4:30PM, (718) 584-9000 ext. 4624/4625. Services include breast and pelvic exams, cervical cancer screening, contraception, management of menopausal treatment, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), surgical consultation and procedures, evaluation and referral for infertility intervention (excluding in vitro fertilization), referral for obstetrical care. Referrals to specialty care services.

*MAMMOGRAPHY AND RADIOLOGY - Available off-site at Mosholu Park Radiology, 3130 Grand Concourse, P.C., Suite 1, Bronx, New York 10458 (718) 933-6969. Appointments are scheduled through Diagnostic Services in room 2A-17 at the Bronx VA.

*MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES - Available in Mental Health Services - OPD 3rd floor (3B) Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM, (718) 584-9000 ext. 6607 Services include social work intervention, psychological counseling, military sexual trauma (MST) screening and treatment, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), psychosocial assessment, substance abuse services (SAS), Women's PTSD Group, Women's Support Group, case management, psychiatric care and evaluation, suicide prevention services, support group for spouses and partners, readjustment group and counseling, and others.

*OIF/OEF SERVICES - Available in Suite A 6th floor (6C) Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 4:30PM, (718) 584-9000 ext. 5872. Services include seamless transition for returning service women and men to receive primary care assignment, combat assessment, mental health screening, coverage and benefits, extensive assessment for services hospital wide.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS

*Move Program - Meets Thursdays from 2:00 - 3:00 pm in Room 8A-20 to assist veterans with making healthy lifestyle changes. Contact Lisa Garback at (718) 584-9000 x5793.

*Smoking Cessation Clinic - Meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month in room 4A-24 at 9:00am. Provide both group and individual counseling to veterans, (718) 584-9000 ext. 5219.

*Hypertension and Cholesterol Program - Meets monthly on Wednesdays (dates TBA/Posted) from 11:00AM - 12:00PM in room 2C-55. All veterans with hypertension and high cholesterol and their family members are welcome. No registration required.

*Diabetes Education Program - Meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 9:30AM - 3:00PM in room 1C-46. All veterans with hypertension and high cholesterol and their family members are welcome. No registration required.
