2008 Enrollee Survey Announcement

The VHA's Office of the Assistant Deputy Under Secretary for Health (ADUSH) for Policy and Planning is conducting the 2008 update of our national VHA telephone Survey of Enrollees.  The purpose of the survey is to provide information that is incorporated into annual VHA projections of enrollment, utilization, and expenditures, as well as into a variety of high level VHA budget and policy related analyses.  Learn more about the 2008 Enrollee Survey.

It’s time to get your flu shot NOW!  Flu shots are free of charge.  Please note that if you are covered by an insurance carrier, the carrier will be billed.  You will not be responsible for a co-pay.  No appointment is necessary. Get flu shot locations and times.

Thousands of VA patients are unable to keep their appointments every year. If we do not hear from you, we are unable to reschedule your appointment time for your fellow veterans. If you can't make your appointment, let us help you reschedule.
