SUBJECT:  Meeting of the IAG Subsidiary on Compensation Policy

The Office of Compensation Administration (OCA) is planning a meeting of the IAG Subsidiary on Compensation Policy in February 2000 to review and discuss Governmentwide compensation policies and programs. Before we complete our plans, we would like your comments and suggestions on what you would like discussed at this meeting. We would appreciate your completing the attached questionnaire and returning it to us by January 7, 2000.
