FAQ
Document/Delivery ILL -- Requests not received

Question: What should I do if I have not yet received an interlibrary loan request sent to NLM?
Answer:

The borrowing library must notify the National Llibrary of Medicine (NLM) within seven (7) days following submission if a photocopy request has not been filled. To report a problem with ILL requests filled by NLM, please use our ILL Customer Service form. (https://docline.gov/docline/help/contact_nlm/ill_web_form.cfm)

If you have any questions, please contact the Collection Access Section of NLM by e-mail at custserv@nlm.nih.gov; or by telephone at (301) 496-5511.

For more information on interlibrary loans, please see the NLM Interlibrary Loan Fact Sheet.
