Would the SEC *please, please, please* get off the "dime" and settle with shareholders their full and fair settlement in the file number noted in the subject line. The delay, has been YEARS in the process, for no valid reasons. Obviously, you all don't work in the public sector, you would have lost your jobs due to lack of effort or something similar.
