Road Access:

Wakepish can be reached by following US Highway 12 to Randle, Washington. Head south on Hwy 131 (Cispus Road) to Forest Road 25 to Forest Road 99. The Sno*Park is 1/8 mile up Forest Road 99. Both roads are paved and are plowed by the Forest Service. The Sno*park is 19 miles from Randle, Washington. (Forest Road 99 is gated (closed) to vehicle traffic beyond the Sno*Park. Forest Road 25 is also closed to vehicle traffic beyond the junction with Forest Road 99.)

Elevation: 2,800 feet.
Vehicle Parking Capacity: Paved, with parking space for 30 vehicles.
Cross-Country Ski Trails:  
Snowmobile Trails: Non-groomed Forest Roads
Facilities: A shelter with a wood stove, barrier-free toilet, and an information board.

Scenic Attractions: Non-groomed trail follows Forest Road 99 into the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument all the way to Windy Ridge, with spectacular views of the volcano. Extended opportunities available off Trail/Road 26. First view of Mount St. Helens is available from Bear Meadow, five miles from the Sno*Park.

Scenic Attractions: Non-groomed route that begins one mile north of the Sno*Park and provides a loop route over Iron Mountain, Greenhorn Buttes, and Burley Mountain. Excellent viewing opportunities of Mount Rainier, Mount St. Helens, and Mount Adams. The section along Forest Road 7605 is on exposed ridges.
Remarks: Extreme sideslopes on portions of Forest Road 77
