| Description: | The goals of this conference are to review current knowledge about health disparities in these areas and promote new research opportunities and approaches to eliminating disparities in the incidence and course of these diseases in ethnic groups at increased risk. Presentations will highlight current knowledge about genetic, environmental, social, and behavioral factors; identify intervention strategies, and define challenges and emerging opportunities for research in these areas. |
